For the purpose of age verification, go999 may at any time request the user's identity document or other proof. Failure to verify age may result in the account being suspended or cancelled, and associated funds may be withheld.

In addition, the following individuals are considered ineligible to use go999:

4.1 Deposit

Funds can be deposited on the go999 platform using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. There is no maximum deposit limit, however separate limits may apply for specific payment methods.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The method used for withdrawal must generally match the method used for deposit. Withdrawal processing typically takes 5–30 minutes.

The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal:

4.3 Currency & Conversion

5.1 Welcome Bonus

go999 offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus one time only
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus
• go999 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time
• Bonuses cannot be combined with cashback or other promotions unless stated otherwise
• If any irregular betting pattern or bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled

5.4 VIP Program

go999's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Players can gradually advance to higher tiers based on gaming activity and regularity.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the go999 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The platform operates with SSL encryption and a fair play policy. All outcomes are determined by random methods.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Operating games through fraudulent or dishonest means
• Using bots or automated software

6.3 Technical Issues
